Placing an Order
We strive to make ordering at LibaStyle as quick, and easy as possible.
NOTE: There will be times where an item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED. In this case, you will receive an email notifying you of the circumstances and eventual availability. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items will be restocked. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to be notified when the item becomes available.
- Browse our four shopping areas, LibaHome, LibaYou, LibaGifts and LibaSale
- Add the item or items, with their description and quantities, in your shopping cart
- Go to Check Out. At this point you’ll be able to review your purchase, make changes, go back to shopping or proceed.
- Follow the checkout instructions. Enter your personal, shipping and CC information.
- After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from us. First, we will confirm receipt and processing of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships. A tracking reference will be sent so that you can follow up your order status. You can also go you YOUR ACCOUNT section to check your order information and status.

Methods of Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover
Sales taxes are applicable on all FL orders. Taxes may vary by county within the state. Sales taxes are not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside FL.
We have LibaStyle Gift Certificates available. They can be issued for any amount desired. They can be found on the Liba Gifts section of the WebSite. Gift Certificates are not taxed. Gift Certificates will be emailed to you or directly to the recipient. To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number at checkout.
Your gift will arrive beautifully presented in our signature charcoal gift box or wrapping finished with our turquoise ribbon. Gift wrapping is available for $4.95.
All our orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours from the day the order is placed. We use FedEx and UPS for most of our domestic shippments and USPS for international, Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard Ground Shipping – orders will be received within 7 to 10 business days.
- Express shipping – Second day or Overnight options, extra charges will apply. Express service not offered to Alaska or Hawaii.
Extra shipping charges may apply in case of large quantities, volume, over weighted items and certain shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO adresses. Customer Service will contact customer for approval of any extra chages.
At LibaStyle, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your purchased item, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund you for the original price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrapping or other charges. Our standard return period is 7 days from the receipt of your purchase for a full refund, or 28 days from original purchase for store credit and exchanges. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at our discretion. Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged.
Returns and Exchanges
LibaStyle is happy to replace a purchased item with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above.
In order to facilitate the return of your items you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued if merchandise is not returned and shipped within 7 days of the receipt of the order. Please follow these simple steps:
Repack the purchased item, unused, with all tags still attached, in its original packaging. State the reason of your return in the space provided in the back of your invoice. Return your purchase to the following address:

For your security, please return your purchased item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. LibaStyle is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Final Sale Merchandise
No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise. Final Sale Merchandise is identified on the product page of the website, on the confirmation email and the packing slip. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about Sale Merchandise Exchanges.
Special Orders, Monogrammed and Personalized Items
Special orders, monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are identified on the product page of the website, on the confirmation email and the packing slip. These items are final sale only.
